History
Norfolk Green is built on land originally donated to
Ryde City Council.
Built between 1991 and 1995 the Estate consists of 3 Stages:
- Stage 1: located mainly on Badajoz Road; near the
round-about on Sherwood Place consists of 10 houses,
constructed by Mirvac, was completed in 1992.
- Stage 2: located mainly on Norfolk Way; near the creek,
pool and tennis courts; consists of 23 houses, constructed
by Masterton Homes, was completed in 1994.
- Stage 3: located mainly on Sherwood Place; consists of
27 houses, constructed by Mirvac, was completed in
1995.
